Aluminium Frame Tents are imported and of excellent quality. All our aluminium frame tents are white PVC with blockout roofs

All free form tents owned by TentWorx are sand coloured although clients can be assisted to hire the following colours free form tents: white, beige, red, royal blue, sky blue, bright pink, orange, lime green, black, brown and yellow. Free form tents can be secured to a building or a fixed structure. A combination of pegs, poles and other mechanisms are used to secure these tents. Free form tents’ are either water proof or for shade – not waterproof. These prices exclude a set-up fee, delivery charge and VAT. TentWorx prefer to conduct the draping of our own tents. Draping fees included the utilisation of colours. Don’t hesitate to clarify your event colours during the process of quoting. Different draping styles are available. Draping at venues implies that an additional fee is charged for the set-up of a draping infrastructure as this delay the set-up time. Draping can be treated to be fire retarded at an additional fee payable by the client. TentWorx request clients to have a fire emergency plan and fire extinguishers nearby in the event of the utilisation of our draping. Remember draping is time consuming and this needs to be planned into the set-up of your event. These prices exclude VAT and a possible set-up fee. Again, please consult with the office for a quotation. In the majority of events, TentWorx prefer to utilise rawl bolts in order to ensure a strong draping infrastructure that is able to hold the weight of the draping. TentWorx need the diameters of a venue as well as the height of the roof before a quotation can be generated. Draping doesn’t include lights.

TentWorx acknowledge the importance of effective lights and electric management at any event. The client is requested to provide accurate feedback with regards to available infrastructure at the venue, if any is available. In he event of the utilisation of a generator, the client is advised to clarify the exact electricity needs of service providers in order to prevent an overload. Clients are motivated to have both an electricity and emergency plan available in the planning of an event. TentWorx hold the privilege to charge a set-up fee for lights that might be calculated into one fee with the tent and draping. Clients are requested to indicate the distance of extension cords needed at a tent/event and TentWorx quotations don’t include the provision of extension cords from the power source to the tent. Please clarify your electricity needs in order to get a detailed and accurate quotation.

Please note that floors and stages have a direct effect on the delivery charge due to the weight/size of these items. Please take this into consideration when requesting a quotation with flooring and stages included.

TentWorx have three types of crockery: Continental Everest Range, Luminarc, and a white square range. In the event that Exclusive Catering is conducting the catering for an event, all applicable
crockery and cutlery are provided free of charge. In the event that Exclusive Catering is providing Wiesenhoff Coffees, mugs/cups/saucers and teaspoons are provided free of charge.
